Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will be the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients, focusing on thoughtful outreach and high-quality touchpoints using LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on the ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
