Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and book discovery calls, shaping the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach. Remote work within SA is supported.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
