Qualifications

2 years in an SDR/BDR role or SaaS/agency experience.
Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
T est messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
