Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings. You will craft personalized outreach using LinkedIn, email, and phone, while maintaining Salesforce/SalesLoft records and contributing to pipeline growth.

The role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR or SaaS experience, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound tools.

Formación

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR or similar role required.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimise targeting with the sales team.
