Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, presenting Blacksmith to potential clients with thoughtful outreach.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota responsibility.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops.
