Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will use outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain Salesforce/SalesLoft records, and collaborate with Account Executives to fill

• 2 years in SDR/BDR roles; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach ability.
• Familiar with outbound tools and building contact lists.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
