Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

As an SDR, you will use tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, SalesLoft and ZoomInfo to hit volume goals while maintaining quality. Remote role based in South Africa with full-time commitment.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS preferred.
• Strong written communication and personalization skills.
• Familiar with outbound tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
