You will own the top of the funnel—researching accounts, finding decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects—creating the first impression of Blacksmith to potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to meet volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Competenze

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication.
• Familiar with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
