Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Experience with outbound tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• B2B sales experience preferred; quota-carrying candidates welcome.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
