Blacksmith Agency is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel: researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects to drive pipeline.

As Appointment Scheduler, you’ll craft personalized outreach using LinkedIn, email, and phone, maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records, and collaborate with Account Executives to tighten feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
