Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Sanitation Program Coordinator to lead and enhance sanitation initiatives across multiple sites from a fully remote setup. You will work with site managers, operators, and partners to implement standardized practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or Environmental Science, strong remote coordination skills, and proven experience in sanitation program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in sanitation program development and management.
• Strong remote project management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication and collaboration tools, as well as data management software.
• Excellent communication to train and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain standardized sanitation programs and protocols across all company locations remotely.
• Coordinate with site-level personnel to ensure adherence to sanitation guidelines, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Develop training materials and conduct virtual training sessions for staff on sanitation best practices.
• Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis, virtual audits, and feedback mechanisms, recommending improvements.
• Manage the procurement and distribution of sanitation supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability.
