Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Admin, Environmental Health, or related field.

• Proven experience leading dispersed/remote teams and operations.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning science, hygiene, pest control, waste management, and regulatory compliance (OHS Act).
• Strong financial acumen with budget and cost-control experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills for remote team motivation.
• Proficiency in using technology for communication, project management, and performance tracking.

About the Role

Our client, a national leader in facility maintenance and sanitation services, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Sanitation Operations Manager to oversee operations across various client sites. This is a fully remote position, demanding exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are consistently met by remote teams and on-site contractors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sanitation best practices, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing dispersed or remote teams and operations.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning science, hygiene protocols, pest control, waste management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., OHS Act).
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
