Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in sanitation management, operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of sanitation principles, disease prevention, infection control, and waste management.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sanitation programs and policies.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing significant operational budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation using digital tools.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
