About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Sanitation Operations Manager to lead and optimize sanitation services across its national operations. This is a critical, fully remote role demanding a leader with a profound understanding of sanitation, hygiene, public health regulations, and effective remote operational management. The Manager will be responsible for setting sanitation standards, developing operational strategies, overseeing remote teams, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in hygiene practices. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage complex operations and lead diverse teams from a distance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sanitation and hygiene strategies and policies for national operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sanitation management, operations leadership, or a similar role, with a significant portion in a remote or distributed management capacity.
• Deep expertise in sanitation protocols, infection control, chemical safety, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HACCP, OSHA).
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and remote teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
