Our client, a leading innovator in hygiene solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Sanitation Operations Manager to oversee and optimize cleaning and sanitation protocols across various facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive sanitation and cleaning programs.


• Manage and supervise remote cleaning staff, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback.


• Conduct regular remote audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.


• Source, procure, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.


• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


• Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sanitation services.


• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in sanitation and hygiene.


• Troubleshoot and resolve sanitation-related issues promptly and effectively.


• Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and incident reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sanitation management, cleaning operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.


• Demonstrated ability to manage teams remotely and ensure high performance.


• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation techniques.


• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning and sanitation (e.g., HACCP, OSHA standards where applicable).


• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
