You will develop and implement best practices, manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and mentor distributed teams using data analytics to improve efficiency and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or sanitation leadership.
• Proven experience in managing remote teams and distributed operations.
• Expertise in developing and implementing sanitation programs and compliance strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sanitation policies and procedures across all operational sites.
• Oversee sanitation budgets, resource allocation, and vendor management for cleaning services.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in sanitation processes.
• Lead and mentor remote sanitation teams, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices in sanitation management.
