Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Sanitation Operations Manager to oversee cleaning and sanitation strategies across facilities from a remote setting. You will develop protocols, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive efficiency through remote leadership and data-driven decisions.

You will work with facility managers and on-site teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, manage remote teams, and leverage digital tools for audits, training, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, facility management, or related field with a focus on sanitation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and operations effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong understanding of sanitation best practices, cleaning technologies, and health and safety legislation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sanitation and hygiene protocols for diverse operational environments.
• Manage and support remote cleaning teams, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and resources to ensure adherence to standards.
• Conduct virtual site assessments and audits to evaluate cleaning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
