Qualifications

• Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef experience in luxury lodge or high-end hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day kitchen management and operations.
• Support Executive Chef in maintaining high culinary standards.
• Oversee and guide kitchen team during service and preparation.
• Ensure all dishes meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Assist with menu planning and implementation.
• Maintain food hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Monitor stock, food costs and portion control.
• Assist with ordering, receiving and proper storage of supplies.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
• Contribute creative ideas for seasonal dishes.
