Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Client Services Consultant, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach, not spam, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback with the sales team.
