Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Director to lead and optimize multi-site operations from a remote setting. You will set strategic direction and align regional goals with company-wide objectives, building and mentoring a distributed leadership team.

Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, driving continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening global supply chain and logistics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
• Experience managing multi-site operations remotely and across regions.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Provide leadership to managers and teams across the region, supporting a remote workforce.
• Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
