Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking a Paralegal to join our legal team supporting M&A, compliance, and real estate operations. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting title and survey reviews, and coordinating closings with internal teams and outside counsel.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of paralegal experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and a Certified Paralegal certification is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience.
• Certified Paralegal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mergers & acquisitions support, legal research, and documentation drafting.
• Review title commitments, surveys, and related real estate documents.
• Prepare and review lease, purchase, and other real estate agreements.
• Coordinate closings and post-closing activities; liaise with vendors and counsel.
• Maintain legal trackers, checklists, and reporting; support lease negotiations.
