Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure investment properties nationwide. You will analyze markets, source deals, and negotiate acquisition terms, working independently in a flexible remote setup.

You will build relationships with sellers, brokers, and agents, evaluate investment potential, and prepare detailed proposals for the acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate acquisition, investment analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment principles, and deal structuring.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using real estate data platforms and financial modeling tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a pipeline of potential deals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities across various markets.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including market research, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
