Ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years in mechanical design/R&D, strong problem-solving skills, and proven ability to work independently in a virtual team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in mechanical design and R&D with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and simulations (FEA/CFD).

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop mechanical systems for R&D projects.
• Model with CAD and run simulations to assess performance.
• Prototype, test, and iterate designs based on results.
• Collaborate with remote team and document findings.
