Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Property Manager to oversee a portfolio serving the Klerksdorp region. This fully remote role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and issue resolution from a distance.

You will be the primary contact for tenants and property owners, using digital tools to maintain high standards of operations, tenant satisfaction, and efficiency across properties while working autonomously.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or in real estate management.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and property management best practices.
• Proficiency with property management software, online payment platforms, and virtual tools.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with the Klerksdorp property market is advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple properties remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations, inquiries, applications, and lease agreements.
