Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will oversee diverse projects from initiation to closure, coordinate remote teams across departments, and ensure objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has at least 4 years in project management, can juggle multiple projects remotely, understands Agile and Waterfall, and communicates clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including defining scope, setting objectives, and allocating resources.
• Lead and coordinate remote project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and task completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and adhere to quality standards.
