Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of extensive project management experience, with at least 3 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Define governance, methodologies, and standards for remote project execution.
• Plan, execute and deliver multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Lead, mentor, and guide project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning for remote teams.
• Ensure risk management, issue resolution, and quality across all projects.
