Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field.

• Manage the full project lifecycle for community development initiatives, from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with community stakeholders, local leaders, and partner organizations to ensure project alignment and buy-in.
• Oversee project implementation, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges as they arise.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial accountability.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among remote project team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular project reports and impact assessments for stakeholders and donors.
• Manage volunteer coordination and engagement for project activities.
