Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management systems.
• Strong leadership and remote management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Reliable internet and home office setup.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets for volume, quality and efficiency are met.
• Mentor production teams remotely, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
