Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM, MBA, or related field.
• 10+ years in procurement and strategic sourcing, with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience managing large-scale procurement projects and international supplier negotiations.
• Expertise in procurement software, e-sourcing tools, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate remote teams and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and category management plans.
