Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or optimization in manufacturing.
• Experience with process mapping, statistical analysis, and simulation tools.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is desirable.

Requirements

• Proven experience with process mapping tools, statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab), and simulation tools.
