The role demands an MBA or related advanced degree with 10+ years in strategy consulting, proven leadership of distributed teams, and exceptional communication with C-suite executives.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in International Business, Strategy, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategy consulting focused on market entry and global expansion.
• Proven leadership of complex, multi-geography projects.
• Deep knowledge of global market dynamics, regulation, and culture.
• Strong remote leadership and client management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead distributed teams.
• Experience serving clients with interests in Mossel Bay/ZA region is a plus.

Responsibilities
