In this senior leadership role, you will shape strategic direction, redesign operating models, and lead large-scale change initiatives, mentoring a team of consultants.

You will engage with senior executives, conduct market analysis and scenario planning, and contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Proven success in driving strategic planning and operational improvement projects.
• Expertise in operational excellence methodologies, supply chain optimization, and process re-engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate and business unit strategies for clients.
• Redesign core business processes and operating models to improve performance and reduce costs.
