The ideal candidate has an MBA or Master’s degree, 10+ years in management consulting with a focus on strategy, and exceptional remote leadership and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier institution.
• 10+ years in management consulting with emphasis on strategy.
• Proven success leading and winning major client engagements.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead remote teams and manage senior client relationships.
• Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategy consulting engagements for key clients.
• Develop and refine innovative strategic frameworks and methodologies for remote delivery.
• Mentor, coach, and manage teams of consultants working in a distributed environment.
• Drive business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new opportunities with prospective clients.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership through research, publications, and presentations.
• Oversee the development of comprehensive strategic plans, including market entry, growth strategies, and competitive positioning.
