Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of metallurgical process engineering experience with a focus on gold processing.
• Proven expertise in process simulation, data analysis, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, optimization, and commissioning of gold processing plants worldwide.
• Optimize gold processing circuits to improve recovery, throughput and cost efficiency.
• Perform process simulations using METSIM/HSC Chemistry and related tools.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for global operations.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
