Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and optimize polymerization processes and associated downstream operations.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and pilot-scale trials to evaluate new process conditions and materials.
• Analyze process data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions to ensure consistent production.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to achieve project goals.
• Prepare technical documentation, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment for polymer manufacturing.
• Manage process development projects from conception through to implementation.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel.
