• 5+ years of hands-on polymerization process development and scale-up.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of polymer kinetics, thermodynamics, and reactor design.
• Proficiency with polymer characterization methods (GPC, DSC, FTIR, NMR).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize polymerization processes for various polymer types (batch, semi-batch, continuous).
• Scale-up from lab to pilot plant to full commercial scale.
• Conduct kinetic studies and thermodynamic analyses of polymerization reactions.
• Utilize process simulation software to model polymerization behavior.
• Collaborate with R&D, materials scientists, and production engineers to commercialize products.
