Placements24 seeks a highly creative Remote Curriculum Developer to design and refine engaging play-based curricula for ages 2-6. You will develop lesson plans, activity guides, assessments, and digital resources, collaborating with educators and subject matter experts from home.

This full-remote role requires strong writing skills, deep understanding of child development, and the ability to translate theory into practical content.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of curriculum development experience with early learning focus.
• Expertise in play-based learning and child development theory.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop age-appropriate curricula for 2-6 year olds.
• Create detailed lesson plans, activity instructions and objectives.
• Develop assessment tools to track progress effectively.
• Curate supplementary materials including worksheets, games, and digital content.
• Ensure alignment with best practices and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional design team.
