The role requires a PhD or MSc in Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences, 8+ years in process development, and strong remote collaboration skills to drive projects from bench to pilot scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical process development and scale-up.

• Expertise in process characterization, validation, and technology transfer activities.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) for manufacturing processes.

About the Role

This critical role focuses on designing, optimizing, and scaling up manufacturing processes for new pharmaceutical products. You will apply scientific principles and engineering expertise to ensure that processes are robust, efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards, working collaboratively with teams across different locations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in chemical engineering or pharmaceutical sciences, extensive experience in process development, and the ability to drive complex projects from bench to pilot scale within a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities
