Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Clinical Research Associate to join a fully remote clinical operations team. You will oversee the conduct of trials, ensure compliance with protocol and ICH-GCP, and monitor sites with data verification and safety oversight.

Strong communication and independence are essential for success in a remote role. The ideal candidate has a life science degree with 3+ years of CRA experience, and thrives in a flexible, autonomous setting within a global research

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate in pharma/biotech.
Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience with clinical trial monitoring and site management.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits per protocol and GCP.
Ensure data integrity through source data verification at sites.
Monitor patient safety and report adverse events per study protocol.
Serve as liaison between sponsor and sites to foster relationships.
Maintain trial documentation including regulatory binders and monitoring reports.
Identify site-level issues and implement CAPAs as needed.
