Placements24 is seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Pharmaceutical Project Manager to drive key initiatives within their drug development pipeline. This fully remote role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks to ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope.

You will lead virtual R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing teams, uphold regulatory standards, and communicate with stakeholders to keep projects aligned and progressing in a dynamic remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or Business Administration.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex drug development or R&D projects.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of pharmaceutical projects, from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate virtual, cross-functional project teams (e.g., R&D, regulatory, manufacturing).
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
