Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead critical projects in a fully remote capacity across South Africa. You will drive planning, execution, and successful delivery of drug development, clinical trials, and regulatory submissions, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biotech project management, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and proficiency with MS Project, Asana, or Jira.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech project management.
• Experience managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure clear and effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs, maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.
