Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive measurable results through online advertising campaigns. This fully remote role supports Paarl operations and focuses on optimizing paid search, social media ads, and other performance channels to achieve lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI.

You will plan, execute, monitor, and analyze campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and optimal ROAS.

Qualifications

Experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist with a paid media focus.
Proven ability to optimize PPC and social campaigns.
Strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience effectively.
Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and optimize based on data.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve performance.
Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for campaign enhancement.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
