Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance improvement, operational consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Strong knowledge of performance improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and creating insightful reports.
• Strong virtual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a remote setting.
