Placements24 is seeking a skilled and ethical Penetration Tester to identify vulnerabilities within systems and applications. Working remotely, you will simulate cyberattacks to uncover security weaknesses before malicious actors can exploit them, and your findings will guide defensive improvements across environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Penetration Tester or ethical hacking role.
• Strong knowledge of networks, OS, and common app vulnerabilities.
• CEH, OSCP, or GPEN certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform penetration tests on web applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Identify and document security vulnerabilities, including severity and impact.
• Utilize testing tools and methodologies (e.g., OWASP Top 10, PTES).
• Develop detailed reports outlining findings, risks, and remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with security and development teams to discuss findings and guide remediation.
• Stay current with exploitation techniques and emerging threats.
