Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field is required; a PhD is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical pediatric nursing experience, with leadership/educator responsibilities.
• Current RN license and pediatric certifications (e.g., PALS, NRP).
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult education principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for remote engagement.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs for pediatric nursing staff.
