Placements24 seeks a remote Childminder and Development Coach to support families worldwide, guiding children's growth from a distance. This part-time role focuses on creating enriching home learning environments through online coaching, resources, and tailored activities.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field, with substantial direct childcare experience and comfort using digital communication tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Significant direct childcare experience.
• Familiarity with online coaching and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of milestones from infancy to early childhood.
• Excellent listening, empathy and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote coaching and guidance to parents/caregivers on child development strategies and activities.
• Assess individual children's developmental progress and provide tailored recommendations.
• Develop and share age-appropriate, engaging activities and resources for home-based learning.
• Offer support and advice on managing common childhood challenges and milestones virtually.
• Maintain regular communication with families through online platforms (video calls, email, messaging).
• Document coaching sessions and progress reports for clients.
