Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly qualified Remote Child Development Consultant to guide families and educators via virtual platforms. You will assess developmental needs, design intervention plans, and coach childcare providers across diverse locations from home.

The ideal candidate has advanced degrees in child psychology or related fields, at least 7 years of experience, and proven ability to deliver services and training online using video conferencing and LMS tools.

Qualifications

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Child Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in child development, early intervention, or educational consulting.
Proven experience delivering services and training virtually.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
Proficiency with video conferencing tools, learning management systems, and digital collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual assessments of children's developmental progress and identify areas for support.
Develop personalized intervention plans and resources for parents and educators.
Provide online coaching and training sessions to childcare professionals on best practices in child development.
Create informative content such as webinars, articles, and guides on various child development topics.
Maintain detailed client records and track progress through secure online portals.
