Placements24 seeks a dedicated Remote Nanny & Educational Support Specialist to assist families with childcare and educational guidance from home. This role is fully remote, connecting with families virtually to plan activities and provide educational resources.

You will guide parents on developmental strategies and create engaging at-home learning experiences while offering virtual supervision and interaction with children.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in childcare, nannying, or educational support.
• Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both children and adults online.
• Proficiency in using online collaboration and video conferencing tools.
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting families in a remote setting.
• A strong background in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual guidance and support to parents on childcare strategies and child development.
• Design and recommend age-appropriate learning activities and educational games for children to complete at home.
• Conduct virtual check-ins and interactive sessions with children to provide engagement and educational stimulation.
• Offer resources and advice on fostering cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children remotely.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with families to track progress and adjust support plans as needed.
