Placements24 is seeking a Part-time Beauty Advisor & Product Specialist to join its virtual customer engagement team. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere while delivering expert beauty guidance to customers via chat, email, and video.

You will help with skincare, makeup recommendations, and education on product features, supporting customers primarily from Vereeniging and beyond. Ideal candidates bring passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to work independently

Formación

• Proven experience in a beauty advisor, skincare specialist, or makeup artist role.
• Deep knowledge of beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with online channels and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Availability for flexible part-time hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert beauty and skincare advice to customers via chat, email, and video.
