Blacksmith Agency is hiring for Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, shaping the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote (South Africa) full-time role where you will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR or BDR role (agency or SaaS a plus).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
